It's a residential area with supermarkets, taco joints and small cafés a couple of minutes away; Fifth Avenue is about 9 minutes on foot and the beach around 14, according to Expedia. It scores a perfect 10 for cleanliness on Expedia and 4.8 on Google, where reviews keep mentioning the homemade breakfast and the host's tips on where to eat, which beaches to visit and how to get around.
